7/120 Footbridge,
19.3.84 Hale Station (Formerly listed
as Footbridge to Hale Railway
G.V. II Station )

Footbridge over railway line. 1880's for Cheshire Lines
Committee Wrought and cast iron. Single-span bridge with
flights of steps at right-angles to it. The bridge and steps
rest on sets of 4 cast iron columns with crocket capitals.
The bridge itself has structural wrought iron lattice work
parapet walls, the walkway being timber. It was originally
enclosed by a roof.
