House. 1903. Edgar Wood. Brick with blue slate roof. Large
detached house of 2 storeys plus attic. Projecting semi-
octagonal wing at left. Central single-storey hipped roof
porch supported on timber columns with splat balustrading
and a recessed semi-circular headed doorway. 2, 3 and 4-
light casement windows with leaded glass. 2 ridge stacks and
a dormer window on a steeply pitched roof. Projecting
polygonal bay window to left gable and garage (partly C20)
to right. Built speculatively as part of the Richardson
Estate.
