Includes No. 1 Kenilworth Road (Moss Cottage). 2 houses, now
1. Late C18 although Moss Cottage may be earlier. Rendered
brick with C20 tile roof and stone extension. Double-depth
central entrance plan with 2 storeys. The cottage abuts to
the right and has a gable entrance and C20 extension at
rear. Central 6-panel door with architrave surround and
pediment. 2 windows on each floor with stone sills and 16-
pane sash windows and a blank window above the door.
Dentilled eaves cornice and gable stacks. The cottage has a
re-used door surround.
