- adjoining barn

House and adjoining barn. Early C19 house with slightly
earlier barn. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with graduated
stone slate roof. Single-depth house with 2 bays and 2
storeys with barn adjoining to left. Quoins. Central square-
cut door surround flanked by 4 and 3-light flat-faced stone
mullion windows. Two similar 5-light windows on first floor
and a 4-light to rear. Gable chimney stacks. Barn has
opposed cart entries. Outshut to left has quoins, a slate
roof and a chamfered door surround.
