House. c.1830. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys, one bay. Basement lintel band, sill bands and top
frieze, cornice and blocking course. 2-storey rectangular
bay window, tripartite windows with sashes, no glazing bars.
2nd floor has 2 windows with wedge lintels, sashed, no
glazing bars. Return has enclosed porch with angle
pilasters, frieze cornice and blocking course. Plain iron
area railings.
