House. 1865. Sir G.G.Scott. Stone with slate roof.2 storeys,
3 bays. Drip mould over ground floor. 2-light windows with
chamfered mullions and shouldered lintels. 1st floor has one
window in gabled half-dormer. Windows have lattice pattern
glazing. Central entrance has narrow flanking lights and 9-
panel door. Wing to rear and tall stack. Built as part of
estate of Cleveleys (now demolished).
