Court house for Manor of West Derby. 1662. Stone with
stone tile roof. One storey and bay. 5-light window with
chamfered mullions and iron bars, with external shutters.
Segmental headed entrance has studded door. 5-light windows
to left return and rear. Interior has Steward's bench and
Jury benches with backs of turned rods surrounding table.
Small room to rear has pigeon holes for records.
Furnishings probably contemporary.
