House, now hospice. Early C19, with late C19 additions.
Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys with
basements, and later attic, 5 bays, central 3 bays break
forward under pediment. Basement lintel band, ground floor
sill band and cornice over lst floor. Windows have
casements, the attic is sashed with glazing bars. Central
Doric porch with pediment has steps to returns and front
balustrade and statue. Window above has architrave, frieze
and consoled segmental pediment. Later wings of no special
interest. -
