House. 1830s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement, 3 bays. Basement lintel band; 1st
floor sill band; top cornice and blocking course. Windows
have wedge lintels; ground floor windows are sashed, those
above have casements. One 2nd floor window is blind.
Entrance has Ionic aedicule (no pediment) and 2-panel door.
Iron railings to area and basements have decorative heads.
1st floor iron balcony.
