Office building. 1897. Stone. 6 storeys, 5 bays wide.
Modern shop windows to ground floor. 1st floor has modern
window with iron balcony across the whole, and pilasters
between windows, with frieze. 2nd floor has windows with
keystones, the 3 middle ones with segmental pediments.
Giant Ionic columns to 3rd and 4th floor forming applied
tetrastyle portico with its segmental pediment broken by the
central window of the attic storey, one of 3 which have
eared architraves and keystones.
