House. 1830s. Stucco with slate roof. 3 storeys with
basement, 2 bays. Return has lower recessed block with
entrance projecting to front. 1st floor sill band, top
cornice and blocking course. Windows are sashed, no glazing
bars. Entrance has angle pilasters and entablature; 2-panel
door. Iron area railings have spear heads. Iron 1st floor
balcony (parts missing, 1984) and balconies to return
windows. 1st floor windows have blind boxes.
