Public House. Early C19. Stone with hipped slate roof. 2
storeys, 3 bays, end bays are canted. Top drip mould and
embattled parapet. Windows are ogee-headed and have small-
paned casements and Y-tracery heads, those to ground floor
have head finials. Central bay has tripartite window, with
pointed flanking lights; impost blocks. Central, entrance has
ogival fan with Y-tracery and flanking pointed lights. Left
return of 7 bays similarly treated. Right return has later
extension of no special interest. Ground floor front room
has stone Gothic fireplace.
