House. Mid Cl9. Stucco with slate roof. 2 storeys with
attic, L-plan with low porch in angle. Ground floor has
channelled rustication with cornice over; top modillioned
cornice, gables have open pediments. Rusticated quoins,
those to ground floor vermiculated rustication, angle
pilasters and cornice, with panelled balcony to window
above. Return has canted bay window with hipped roof. Both
windows have casements. 1st floor segmental-headed windows
have architraves and consoled cornices and are sashed with
glazing bars. Pediments have round windows with architraves
and 4 keys. Porch has cornice and parapet. Entrance and
return window have architraves; 4-panel door. Similar window
to 1st floor above porch.
