Shop building. Mid C19. 4 storeys and 3 bays, stucco.
Ground floor has C20 shop fronts. 1st floor has round
headed windows with keystones, ornamented spandrels, and
divided by panelled pilasters. 2nd and 3rd floors have
rusticated flat pilasters behind giant columns with
shaftings at 2nd floor sill level. Deep cornice with 3
tiers of brackets; 2nd floor has 3 windows in moulded
architraves with keystones and cornices on brackets, and
ornamented balconies; top floor has 3:3:3 round-headed
windows with colonnettes and ornamented arches.
