Lodge to Oak House (Nos. 15 and 17 Aigburth Hall Avenue, qv). 1842. Stone with slate roof. One storey, two bays. Boxed eaves. Windows have floating consoled cornices, that to right extends lower, both are sashed with glazing bars. Central projecting pilasters and keyed archivolt.
