Public House. 1850's. Brick with stone dressings. 4
storeys, 3 bays, 5 bays to Hackins Hey. Ground floor C20
copy of that to Hakins Hey, late C19, with elliptically
arched windows between flat pilasters, carved heads, and
rich frieze and cornice. All windows have architraves and
sash windows have alternate triangular and segmental
pediments. 2nd floor windows have eared architraves and
sills on brackets. Hakins Hey facade similarly treated
