Office building. 1880. Brick with stone dressings, six storeys, eight bays. Ground floor shops: centre entrance with four-centred arch and dentilled cornice. Rectangular windows in moulded architraves. Cornice over second floor, pediments to third floor windows. Canted corner to Stanley Street. C20 roof with attics. Included for group value only.
