2 houses. 1765. Brick, with stucco dressings. 3 storeys
with basement and attic, 3 bays to No. 173 and 2 bays to No.
175. Windows with keyed rusticated wedge lintels.
Pedimented attics with small arched windows. Pedimented
entrances with rusticated pilasters. Steps parallel to
building. Interiors not inspected. Part of an interrupted
terrace with Nos. 159 to 165 and Nos. 169 and 171, now the
oldest houses in central Liverpool.
