30/400 Nos. 48 & 50

House. c.1760's. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof.
2 storeys, 2 bays to No. 48, 2 bays with gable to No. 50.
1st floor sill band and top cornice. Ground floor round
headed recesses, those to No. 50 show through roughcast
cladding. Windows have wedge lintels and remaining windows
are sashed with glazing bars. No. 50 has triple keys to
lintels, windows to 2nd floor are bricked up. No. 48
retains Doric door case with open pediment to round-headed
entrance. Left return to No. 50 of 6 bays roughcast ground
floor with triple keystones visible. 4th bay C20 entrance.
Window above has architrave, frieze and segmental pediment
cut through by loading door. 2nd floor window with eared
architrave; all windows blocked (1984).
