House. 1830s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement, 2 bays. Basement lintel band; 1st
floor sill band; top frieze, cornice and blocking course. 2-
storey canted bay to right of entrance. Windows have wedge
lintels and are sashed with glazing bars . Entrance has flat
architrave and cornice; 4-panel door. Iron railings to area
and steps have spear heads. Iron fire escape connects this
item with No. 10 Edge Lane (Q.V.)
