Tunnel entrance. 1896. For southern extension of Liverpool
Overhead Railway. Rock-faced stone. Skew-arched tunnel mouth
has flanking flat buttresses and ashlar panel above
recording date and names. Top parapet and flanking walls. The
only substantial remains of the overhead railway.
