House. c.1860. Stucco with slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
1st floor sill band and top cornice. Ground floor canted and
rectangular bays have casements with segmental headed upper
lights, rectangular bay has iron balcony above. 1st floor
windows have architraves and are sashed, no glazing bars.
Central entrance has glazed doorcase and 8-panel door; iron
porch with balcony above.
