basement, 3 bays. Bracketed paves. Ground floor
rectangular bays with tripartite windows angle pilasters and
entablatures. Windows have casements. Central entrance
has distyle-in-antis Doric porch with anthemion motif above
glazed door flanked by round-headed recesses.
