House. 1840's. Stucco with slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays.
1st bay projects. 1st floor sill course; top frieze and
deep cornice. Ground floor has 1st bay canted bay window
with cornice and balustrade; 2nd bay rectangular bay with
tripartite window, frieze and cornice. 1st floor segmental
headed tripartite windows with angle pilasters and faceted
keys. All windows are sashed, no glazing bars. Left return
has porch with round-headed entrance with architrave,
impost, faceted key and 5 panel door. Additions to left of
no special interest.
