Warehouse. Perhaps c.1880. Brick, 6 storeys and basement,
12 bays with segmental headed windows with iron segmental
arched lintels with keystones, small panes and iron glazing
bars. Cornice and parapet. Howard Street front has carved
and painted shield of arms and motto. Dickson Street
facade has 10 deeply recessed loading bays with segmental
arched tops and iron doors.
