Warehouse. 1863. Fronting Argyle Street with right return in Duke Street Lane. Five storeys, four bays. Brick, with round-arched recessed loading bays, ending in gabled cats head with date, and segmental-headed window with stanchions. Narrow bay to left with tall round-arched entrance.
