Includes No. 25 Rodney Street. House. Mid C19. Brick with
stone dressings, slate roof. 3 storeys, with basement to
Rodney Street. 3 x 3 bays. Cornice over ground floor and
1st floor sill course and top entablature. Ground floor
windows have stone architraves and decorated panels above
and below, that to left of entrance has tripartite sash with
colonnettes. Elaborate round-headed entrance with flanking
columns, mask keystone and hood with acroteria. 1st floor
windows have lintels with swags and consoled cornices. 2nd
floor has segmental-headed windows. All windows are sashed
without glazing bars. Upper windows to last bay are blind.
Rodney Street facade similar, but with plain round-headed
entrance, and canted bay window to right. Prominent moulded
chimneys.
