1865. by Layland. Stone front, the rest brick. Slate roof.
One storey, 9 bays, central 3 bays project under pediment.
Channelled rustication, top entablature. Windows have
architraves, central 3 windows are round-headed, the central
one larger with open pediment. Windows are sashed, no
glazing bars; central window has fixed casement with 2
round-headed lights and top rounded. 3rd bay round-headed
entrance has coved surround and key with lion mask; paired
3-panel doors. Right return of 9 bays has end bays under
open pediments and quoins. Central stone projecting bay has
segmental pediment and round-headed entrance with coved
surround. Several tall stacks.
