Includes No. 2 Hornby Place (formerly listed with No. 1
Hornby Place). Terrace of 16 houses. Brick with stone
dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys, central 2 houses and end
bays of 3 storeys and projects. 2 bays to each house. Sill
bands and top frieze and cornice, projecting bays have
blocking courses and hipped roofs. Segmental headed windows
have sashes in recessed reveals. Round-headed entrances; 4-
panel doors. Recessed bays have rectangular bay windows,
with continuous lean-to roof with lean-to canopy over
entrance, 1st bay of terrace forms return to No. 2 Hornby
Place, 3 bays, with central round-headed entrance.
