3 houses. 1830s. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys with basement, 4 bays to No. 44, 3 bays each to Nos.
46 and 48. Basement lintel band; 1st floor sill band; top
frieze, cornice and blocking course. Windows have wedge
lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. Entrances have
Ionic porches, those to Nos. 46 and 48 are paired; 2-panel
doors. Iron railings to areas and steps have decorative
