2 houses. c.1815-20. Brick with stone dressings, slate
roof, 3 storeys with basement, 2 bays to each house. 1st
floor sill band and top cornice. Windows have wedge lintels
and are sashed with glazing bars. Round-headed entrances
have angle pilasters and archivolts with keystones. No. 35
has 6-panel door. Garden wall has iron railings. No. 37 is
derelict (1984), no roof and no window frames; entrance has
complete fanlight.
