Warehouse, former Music Academy. 1830s. Stucco. 2 storeys, 5 bays. End bays break forward. Ground floor has channelled rustication with roundels over. Ground floor windows are sashed with glazing bars, but all first floor windows have small-paned casements. Entrance has porch with panelled antae 1st floor end bays framed by panelled pilasters which support top entablature and blocking course.
