Pair of Victorian semi-detached houses, brick with stone dressings, 3 storeys.
Ground floor has round-headed doorway with white brick arch, keystone, fanlight
and panelled door (No 16 with later wood porch), a wide shallow bay window
with cornice and 4 round-headed lights. 1st floor has main window over the
bay, with moulded case and round-arched lights; a similar but smaller window
on top floor, under a joint gable over centre of both houses. Flanking square
towers over doorways, with ornamental string, round-headed window on 1st floor,
and triple round-headed lancets on top floor, and low pyramid roof above eaves.
Rear wings with bargeboards and pointed arched windows.

The listed items in South Park Road, North Park Road, Glovers Brow and Mill Lane
are part of a loosely scattered group, which still retains a village centre
character.
