Terrace of 7 houses. 1899. By Ernest Newton. Stone,
pebbledash 1st floor, tile roof. One storey with attic 7
bays, 1st, 4th and 7th bays project under gables swept down
on one side to form porches. Drip mould over ground floor.
Ground floor 4-light double-chamfered-mullioned windows with
leaded lights. 1st floor has 4-light leaded casement, those
to 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th bays in gabled half-dormers.
Porches have low walls and spindle balusters; other
entrances have stone canopies. Segmental-headed plank doors
have small-paned lights. 3 cross axial stacks with heart
and diamond patterns; 2 rear stacks and return projecting
lateral stacks. 2 pairs of gables to rear; C20 extensions.
