Includes. Nos. 11 to 21 (odd) Primrose Hill and 1 to 13
(consec) Lancaster Close. 26 flats. 1906. By Bradshaw and
Gass. Red brick on blue brick base, with yellow terracotta
dressings, slate roofs. 2 storeys, 8 bays, 2-bay canted
corner and 8 bays to Primrose Hill. 3rd and 6th bays
project under coped gables and pilaster strips. Central
bays break forward under cat-slide roof. Flush sill band.
Ground floor has 4-light mullioned windows with decorative
key stones and drip moulds. 1st floor has central hipped
dormer with 3-light windows flanking stack with gabled base.
Gabled bays have Diocletian windows, 2nd and 7th bays have 3-
light flat-topped half-dormers. End bays have parapets over
2-light mullioned windows. All 1st floor windows have
small-paned casements. Entrances to central bays have 4-
centred arches to canted recesses; plank doors with small-
paned lights. End canted porches. Corner bays have jettied
gabled 1st floor with timber-framing. Facade to Primrose
Hill similar to above. Rear has entrances to Lancaster
Close, C20 ground floor, 1st floor has sashes, no glazing
