Five houses. 1911. By F.J. Barnish. Roughcast on brick base, hipped tile roof, brick stacks.

Two storeys, five bays; end bays project under hipped gables. Drip mould over ground floor; deep eaves. Windows have three-light small-paned casements. Entrances have tile canopies, those to Nos. 20 and 22 are paired, plank doors have diamond-pattern glazing bars. Two cross-axial stacks and lateral stack to left return. Rear similar. Screen wall joins this item to Nos. 16 to 24 (qv).
