10 houses. 1906. By J. Lomax Simpson. Grey brick base to
sills, plaster, and tile roofs. 2 storeys, 10 bays;
central 2 bays break forward under paired asymmetrical
gables, 2 bays at each end project under gables. Timber
band under drip mould. Windows have 4-light small-paned
casements with cornices, those to 1st floor of gabled bays
have bressumers over; those to central bays have 3-light
windows in recesses to ends. Entrances have doors with
small-paned lights 2 cross-axial stacks, 2 to rear and
lateral stacks to inner and outer returns. Rear similar.
