2 houses. c.1892. By Grayson and Ould. Timber frame on
stone base, hipped stone slate and tile roof. 1st 2 bays of
one storey, 3rd bay of 2 storeys, breaks forward under
jettied gable. 1st and 2nd bays have simple framing, posts
and braces, 3rd bay has quatrefoils to 1st floor. Windows
have leaded casements, most of 4 lights; 3rd bay has 5-light
canted oriel and single light to right, window above
projects. Entrance between 1st and 2nd bays have cat-slide
canopy, door has vertical strips. Stone cross-axial and
return lateral stacks with octagonal shafts. Right return
similar to 3rd bay, jettied gabled 1st floor bay over
entrance. Brick stack to rear with twisted shafts.
