Terrace of 4 houses. 1892. By William and Segar Owen.
Brick with stone dressings, timber-framed 1st floor, tile
roof. 1st floor jettied gables. Stone cornice to ground
floor, pargetted coving to 1st floor, decorated bressumers
and bargeboards. Windows have small-paned casments. Ground
floor has single-chamfered-mullioned windows of 3 lights,
end bays have 4-light canted bay windows. 1st floor has
4:3:3:4-light projecting casements. Entrances have doors
with vertical strips and strap hinges. Decorative rainwater
heads. 3 cross-axial stacks.
