2 houses. c.1892. By Grayson and Ould. Brick with stone
dressings on stone base, timber-framed 1st bay, tile-hanging
to 2nd bay, tile roof half-hipped at right hand end. One
storey with attic, 2 bays, 1st bay breaks forward with
jettied gabled 1st floor. 4-light leaded casements, 2nd bay
to ground floor has 2-light double-chamfered-mullioned
window, probably originally of 4 lights, 2 mullions missing,
window above has canted oriel in gabled half-dormer.
Decorated bargeboards. Cross-axial stacks. Left return
has stone ground floor with double-chamfered-mullioned
window, coved 1st floor, jettied gabled 1st bay, end has
decorative timber-framing and coving. Entrance has canopy
and door with vertical strips and leaded light. Right
return similar, plastered 2nd bay to 1st floor.
