3 houses. 1901. By Grayson and Ould. Roughcast with brick
dressings, and swept tile roof, the right return hipped. 2
storeys, 4 bays, the 3rd bay breaks forward. Brick base and
dentilled back cornice, boxed eaves. Windows hve small-
paned casements, those to ground floor of 3 lights the end 2
in rectangular bays with tile lean-to forming canopy over
central entrances. 1st floor has 2-light flat-topped half
dormer to 2nd bay, 3rd and 4th bays have 4-light windows.
Entrances have plank doors with small-paned lights. Lateral
stack to left of 2nd bay and cross-axial stack have brick
caps. Left return has shaped gable with 4-light window with
elliptical brick relieving arch and keyed bull's eye window;
canopied entrance and adjoining projecting stack. right
return has brick lateral stack and canted bay window. Rear
similar, 2 half-dormers.
