4 houses. 1901. By Grayson and Ould. Brick with roughcast
1st floor, tile roof. 2 storeys, 6 bays, the 2nd and 5th
bays project under pedimented gables. Central bays break
forward under hipped gables. Timber band and drip mould
over ground floor,top cornice. Windows have gauged-brick
flat arches and keys and small-paned casements. Ground
floor has 4-light windows, end bays have paired lights. 1st
floor has 4-light canted oriels with ogival bases and paired
central bull's eyes to central bays; 2nd and 5th bays have
3-light windows. Entrances have gauged-brick flat arches,
overlights and doors with small-paned lights. 2 cross-axial
stacks. Returns havepargetted panels with cartouche and
foliage, to the left "1900", to the right "LB/LTD". Rear
similar, privies.
