Terrace of 4 houses. 1891. By William and Segar Owen.
Brick with stone dressings, tile-hanging with fishscale
bands; tile roof, hipped with gablet at right end. 2
storeys, 3 bays. Deep eaves. Most windows have small-paned
casements, that to 1st bay of ground floor has stone lintel
and paired sash. 2nd bay has 2-storey canted bay window
with tile-hung 1st floor and gablet of 3 + 3 lights. 1st
floor has 4-light canted oriels. Entrances have flanking
light. 2 cross-axial stacks and gable-end stack. Right
return has gabled projection, tile-hung 1st floor and
entrance to left return and stack to right return.
