House. 1894. By Grayson and Ould for Lord Leverhulme's
father. Stone with heavily pargetted 1st floor, stone slate
roof. 2 storeys, L-plan. Ground floor windows are
mullioned, those to 1st floor have casements; leaded
glazing. Entrance front has gables, one with bowed oriel.
Inspection not possible at time of resurvey. Interior not inspected.
