House. 1893. By Douglas and Fordham. Brick with stone
dressings, tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Brick cornice to
ground floor, stone cornice to 1st floor, stone-coped shaped
gable with flush bands and finials. Windows have elliptical
heads with hood moulds and plastered tympana; 2-light small-
paned casements; keyed roundel to gable. Entrance has flat
bracketed canopy, 4-panel door with 2 segmental-headed
lights. Right return has ground floor window and cross-
axial stack adjoining No. 1 (q.v.).
