2 houses. 1893. By Douglas and Fordham. Stone with
pargetted 1st floor, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
1st floor jettied on bressumer. Windows have leaded
glazing; ground floor 3-light rectangular bay windows, the
lights with cusped round heads. 1st floor has central 4-
light casement and flanking 4-light canted oriels on coved
bases. Porch has diagonal buttresses and 4-centred arched
opening with carved spandrels. Entrances canted inwards,
Tudor heads and plank doors with strap hinges. Stone gable-
end stacks have fleur-de-lys motifs.
