3 houses. 1899. By William and Segar Owen. Brick with
plaster 1st floor, hipped tile roofs. One storey with
attic, 3 bays, 3rd bay recessed by one bay. Drip mould over
ground floor, some 1st floor diapering. Ground floor has
windows with gauged-brick cambered arches and 3-light leaded
casements. 1st floor has similar windows in hipped half
dormers, brick quoins, 1st 2 have elliptical heads to
windows, 3rd has diapered panel above window. Elliptical-
headed entrances have keys and 3-panel doors with leaded
lights. Cross-axial and right return projecting stacks.
Rear similar.
