3 houses. 1898. By Douglas and Fordham. Brick with stone
dressings, pebbledash 1st floor and tile roof. 2 storeys, 3
bays. Cornice to 1st floor. Windows have small-paned
casements, those to ground floor of 4 lights with cornices,
1st floor has 5-light oriels. Entrances have moulded stone
surrounds, segmental-pointed heads and drip moulds; plank
doors with 3 leaded lights. Cross-axial and left gable-end
stacks. Returns have buttresses flush with front. Rear
similar.
