School. 1852. Dressed stone with ashlar dressings and
slate roof. One storey with 2-storey end bay, 6 bays; 1st
bays project under gable, 6th bay also projects under gable.
Gables are coped. Single-chamfered-mullioned windows, some
with leaded glazing. Most windows have trefoil-headed
lights, most of 2 lights, return to 2nd bay has 3-light
window. 6th bay has 4-light window to ground floor and 3-
light window to 1st floor, both with shouldered lintels to
lights. Gabled porch to right of 2nd bay has segmental-
pointed head to entrance. Gable to 1st and 2nd has
quatrefoil and gabled bell cote below apex. Right return of
3 bays and end lean-to bay; 2nd bay projects under gable.
3-light window to 1st and 3rd bays of ground floor and
central 1st floor bay. Entrance has shouldered lintel and
plank door with strap hinges. 4 stone stacks.
