Farmhouse. Datestone to left return reads: "WCE/1743".
Brick with stone dressings, slate roofs. 3 storeys, 3 bays,
with 2-storey, 2-bay later extension to right. Stone-coped
gables with kneelers, quoins to main part. 2 bands, the
lower one raised over lintels to ground-floor windows.
Windows have gauged-brick cambered arches, that to 3rd bay
of ground floor has stone lintel, straight heads to windows
to end 2 bays. Windows have sashes and imitation sashes,
those to 2nd bay are tripartite, end 2 bays have 2-light
casements, and sashed window to 1st bay of ground floor.
Entrances have plain lintels and C20 doors. Small cross-
axial stack. Rear has gabled wing with ledges to gable
possibly to former pigeon loft.
